This report has been completed in line with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 which requires that all employers with more than 250 employees publish details annually of the gender pay gap statistics.  The snapshot date of this report is as at 5th April 2017.

Covered in this report are the following six key metrics which have been reached by using the mechanisms that are set out in the gender pay gap reporting legislation;

Plus Payroll Services Limited is an umbrella company to a wide variety of contractors.  As the contractors are legally classed as our employees we are required to include their details within our gender pay gap report.  The contractors source their own work through various recruitment agencies and therefore Plus has no involvement in the rates that are agreed prior to commencing their employment with us.

All employees recruited through the agencies are recruited under the same method and their earning ability is based on their success and career progression.  Any pay gap will be due to differing roles and bandings as the types of agency workers paid through Plus vary from Drivers, Care Workers, to medical Professionals.
